The Ultimate Vampire Costume Guide

You still can’t figure out what to be for Halloween? Well then, maybe it’s time to opt for the classic — Vampire. Did you know that there’s actually no special connection between Halloween and vampires? The belief in vampires originated from as far back as humans can even remember. The idea of what a vampire is has also changed a bunch of times within that duration. But the one thing that remained true through out is that they are supernatural beings that feed on blood. Whether they have pale skin, skin that shimmers in the sun, or can actual substitute animal blood for human blood, no one can verify. But that’s the fun thing about this costume, you can portray yourself as a vampire however you want to!

In this video, I discuss how to step-by-step recreate this sultry vampire look paired with my favourite vampire fangs (bonus tutorial and review video on them below!)

One stop shop — Vampire village!

If you’re only going to watch one video, this is the one for you. I show you how I do my hair, my makeup (featuring the same fake fangs), and what I wore as the costume. I have no idea where that dress went, but I wish I could find it, haha.

Bitten or smitten?

I think this is pretty straightforward. If you’re looking to be on the other side of the pond, a vampire victim, then this video is for you! I show you how to create a vampire bite using things you would find in your own home and just liquid latex which you can get at any Halloween store.

The best fake fangs I’ve ever used in my life

This post is was not sponsored by Vampfangs to post this video. In fact, I posted it on a whim years ago. I don’t know how it’s nearly at 1 million views… But I found the process to create the moulding for the fangs a little difficult so I made a video! They are realistic, easy to use, made with dental materials, they’re custom to fit any size teeth, and they’re forever reusable!

If this is the special effects makeup or costume you’re choosing to go with this Halloween, let me know in a comment below! Or tweet me a photo! I’d love to see 🙂
